What You Will Need for the hire

• Please note, when hiring goods we will always require proof of identification (both name and address)
• Examples of identification accepted include a photo driving licence or a passport WITH a utility bill.
• Proof of address (phone bill, bank statement etc) must be dated within last 3 months
• A £200 deposit is required by Cash or guaranteed Cheque
•  The person collecting the equipment must be over 18 years old, and bring the above requirements
• NB, Saturday hires are charged at a single day, equipment returns are due on the following working day.

•  Saturday 10am - 5pm
•  Sunday / Bank Holiday Closed

Christmas & N.Y.E opening Times

•  Christmas (23rd) Closed
•  Christmas Eve (24th) 10am - 3pm
•  Christmas Day (25th) Closed
•  Boxing Day (26th) Closed
•  Christmas (27th) Dec Closed
•  Christmas (28th) Dec Closed
•  Christmas (29th) Dec 10am - 3pm
•  N.Y.E. Eve, Monday (31th) 10am - 3pm
•  New Years Day Closed

N.B. The hire charge for New years eve is twice the daily rate, due to the length of hire time and demand.

Please Note: We do not offer a Delivery, Set-up and Collection service any longer due to the amount of collection hires that we now supply, we apologize for any incognizance that this may cause

 

Small Print

•  Showtec do not give refunds on hire charges for any reason
•  All leads need to be returned either coiled or tied up, otherwise a £1 charge per lead will be incurred.
•  Should any equipment be faulty on use, please inform Showtec as soon as possible. If available we will offer a replacement unit. If this results in the equipment being unusable for the hire period, Showtec will offer a credit note for the hire value of that piece of equipment.
•  Showtec will supply the necessary leads to operate the equipment. Should you require any specific leads, please make this known to our sales staff when collecting the equipment.
•  Your deposit and identification will be returned once Showtec are happy that all items have been returned and any fees (if applicable) are paid.
•  Equipment needs to be prepared. this can be collected after 10:30am

Terms & Conditions

•  All prices are including VAT @ 17.5%.
•  Prices are a daily and 2 daily rate. Weekly rates are 3 times the daily rate.
•  The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment however caused, and will reimburse Showtec for the full replacement or repair cost should this occur.
•  Showtec reserves the right to alter any prices or specification without prior notice.
•  Descriptions and manufacturers are used as a guide only. Should the equipment you require not be available for any reason, Showtec will aim to offer an alternative.
•  Goods returned late will be charged at the normal daily rate.
•  Showtec reserves the right to credit check customers prior to releasing any goods.
•  If a dispute arises, all conditions are standard to the Rental & Hire Agreement Act enforced under English law.
